    1. A good volume! My gosh, this series really needs to decide if it's going to be good or bad. Then at least I'd know what to expect.I really liked the 'fight', though I'm honestly not sure if that was just because Ichigo got totally and utterly thrashed or not. He seriously needed to be humbled and I'm very glad it happened. With that said, I think I am actually getting more attached to the main characters, or so I don't hate them anymore Rukia at least. I liked her reactions, it was a little sad [...]

    3. Are we onto the official big, first arc now? So maybe this time Bleach will stay good for a while instead of oscillating between meh and bad and pretty good? Here's hoping. Everyone is gearing up to rescue Rukia. We get breadcrumbs about Rukia's relationship with her adoptive brother. All in all, a pretty good volume.

    5. After reading only romance focused mangas for a while now, it's good to come back to a more action packed manga.I usually call this part the "Lose-Train-Win" sequence and most classic shonen mangas have this. The main character loses badly, almost dying, he then trains and wins, impressing both his trainer and his for. It's like slipping into the comfortable slippers of my childhood spent watching and reading Japanese anime/manga.

    6. I don't know what it is, but there's something just sofreshing and also nostalgic about this manga. It's strange because this is my first time reading the series and I know for a fact that I never watched the show when I was younger so I don't know what it is about this series. I don't know why it's taken me so long to read the next volume.

    8. Pertama kali Renji bertarung dengan Ichigo.Ichigo memulai training dibawah lahan toko Uruhara. Ichigo berisik xD

    9. Read in: December 2012 and November 2016.Continuing from the previous cliffhanger, Uryû and Renji were in the beginning stages of a confrontation. Before it really even starts, Renji delivers a near-fatal blow to Uryû. As he goes info the final blow to finish Uryû off, Ichigo blocks the blow and begins to fight Renji (Kon had helped him decipher Rukia's goodbye letter and Kisuke transferred him into his Soul Reaper gear). Ichigo and Renji battle for a while and Ichigo gets the upper hand on h [...]

    10. Overall Rating: A+Synopsis: Ichigo Kurosaki sees ghosts, and fightsa lot. All of this is pretty normal for Ichigo, but then he meets Rukia Kuchiki, a Shinigami (Death God) and member of the mysterious Soul Society. When a Hollow, an evil spirit, attacks Ichigo and his family, Rukia attempts to defeat the Hollow, but is wounded. To help him save his family, she lends Ichigo some of her powers, but something goes wrong, and Ichigo absorbs every last drop of her energy. Ichigo becomes a temporary S [...]

    12. *5 Stars*Review of Bleach: Volume 1New Characters to know:[image error] Byakuya Kuchiki: A Soul Reaper captain, he is also brother to Rukia. Why he acts so cold andarly evil to the reader's mind is unclear. [image error] Renji Abarai: The vice-captain or Lieutenant of Kuchiki, he seems to know Rukia well but then why does he look like he's trying to kill her. *The Gush*One of the best of the early volumes. The fight between Ichigo and Renji is awesome and Byakuya Kuchiki does not get enough page [...]

    13. Tite KuboBleach, Volume 1: Strawberry and the Soul Reapers Ichigo Kurosaki, has the unsettling ability to see spirits. He uses this ability also known as his sixth sense which lead him to Rukia, a Soul Reaper who kills Hollows and help the lost spirits find there way to soul society where dead souls or spirits live. But when she got injured in battle with a giant, strong hollow, Rukia transfers her sword and much of her power to Ichigo. His spiritual energy makes him unbelievably strong and power [...]

    14. Gatti neri molto seri. 15. This volume was very impressing, still maintaining equal balance of seriousness and humor.I really had hoped Uryû would have put up more of a fightRenji almost seems heartless, and since I've watched part of the anime I know he and Rukia were very good friends. Which also really confused me.If they were such great friends, you'd think he'd have some sort of restriction for himself and want to restrain from capturing/killing her, even if they WERE orders from the Soul Society. One part that didn [...]

    16. Bleach vol. 7 Summary: THE BROKEN CODA. Ichigo "Strawberry" Kurosaki never asked for the ability to see ghosts - he was born with the gift. When his family is attacked by a Hollow - a malevolent lost soul - Ichigo becomes a Soul Reaper, dedicating his life to protecting the innocent and helping the tortured spirits themselves find peace. Rukia Kuchiki, the ex-Soul Reaper responsible for Ichigo's transformation, is on the lam. Her brethren at the Soul Society are quite displeased with the fact th [...]

    17. Ichigo Kurosaki is portrayed in this book as a brave, and confident character. Him and his friends were looking for their friend Rukia and he set himself out to do it himself with no help because he is confident and brave, "Im gonna go Soul Reaper and find Rukia myself". When all of Ichigos friends were in danger he fought for them against Renji and won. "Is that sword just for show?, you talk too much". Ichigo is brave and confident because he is always the one in his friend group to go out and [...]

    18. Bleach, Vol. 07: The Broken Coda is a traditional Manga book. This was my first exposure to a Manga book so it took me a while to get used to reading it right to left, back to front. I found myself wanting to read the left page first. It was also a little difficult to understand some of the text because of the language/names that were used (Ichigo Kurosaki, Nuki, Rukia, Renji Abara, Kuchiki, Orihime). I did appreciate the translations underneath the pictures, for example: Shihakusho is a soul re [...]

    19. Ichigo and Uryuu both fail to help Rukia, and she turns herself in so her captors will leave Ichigo alone. Ichigo loses his shinigami powers and has to train under "Sandal Hat" to regain them and go save Rukia. Orihime and Chad start training as well.I like Ichigo losing his powers and having to train, because so far everything he's accomplished has been the result of his unusual spiritual power which he does nothing to hone. Gets boring when you have a character who can resolve all his problems [...]

    20. Chapters 53-61Serious training is going on"Ichigo discovers that Rukia left, and looks for her with Urahara's help. Renji defeats Uryū, but Ichigo arrives to fight Renji. Renji explains that each zanpakutō sword has a unique form that can be accessed only when the Soul Reaper discovers its name. With his transformed zanpakutō Zabimaru, Renji overpowers Ichigo. Ichigo then overcomes Renji with his untapped power, but is critically injured by Byakuya before finishing Renji. Rukia orders Ichigo [...]

    21. This volume was better than the others, at least in my opinion, We picked up where the cliffhanger last time left off, with Ishida confronting Renji and Byakuya, although he is quickly defeated and Ichigo joins the fight.(view spoiler)[ In the end, Ichigo was defeated badly, and Rukia was taken back to Soul Soiceity as a prisoner. Kisuke rescued Ichigo and the two began training.(hide spoiler)] The training scenes were good, and well paced I think. And I honestly am still so confused about Ishid [...]

    22. Bleach 7 takes the series in a new direction. The fallout from Ichigo and Uryû's Hollow competition leads to Rukia's arrest. Can they save her from certain execution? Most of this volume is a long drawn out fight between Ichigo and Rukia's captors. Lots of sword play and posturing.Needless to say, Ichigo gets his ass handed to him. In all of this abuse he begins to learn that he might have powers and strength beyond what Rukia has given him. He also learns first hand the prejudices of the Soul S [...]

    23. Először is. Imádom a borítót. A lókötő Urahara Háh A [...]

    24. Rating: * * * 1/2Bleach, Volume 7: The Broken Coda kicks off with Renji and Byakuya serving up some serious ass-whooping. Byakuya's silent strength is so scary good! This volume focuses on Ichigo's training to prepare him to enter the Soul Society. Since Kisuke is doing the training, there is a lot more of him in this issue. Woohoo! Although there isn't much action, it was still really entertaining. I think this volume and the next will build the excitement for when Ichigo finally gets to the Sou [...]
